It’s going to be a good day. Even if we’re not having a great season, beating the Lakers makes me feel good.
Not the Dunk Contest, but amazing nonetheless. Only Shaq…
But I’m not complaining! :)

More trade news.
Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that a three-team trade between Phoenix, Minnesota, and New Orleans is under way. The speculation of the trade so far: Robin Lopez and Hakim Warrick would be sent to New Orleans, Phoenix would receive a protected first-rounder and SG Wesley Johnson from Minnesota, and Minny would receive some expiring contracts and some picks.
Woj also reported that the move by Minnesota is to make an attempt at picking up Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko.
I guess money will make you forget you were once bitter rivals…
Marc Stein is reporting that the Lakers will acquire Steve Nash from the Suns in a sign & trade for future draft picks.
The Lakers have an $8.9 million trade exception that makes this deal possible.
And to the commentators who seem to be laboring under the delusion that Nash is the only thing keeping our team afloat: The minute he starts taking clutch shots instead of just staring at the basket and looking for a way to pass, I will feel bad for him.
Instead I just feel bad for all of the fans who hang in there every year just to see the Suns completely give up when it really matters.
:’( <——- My face right now.
No pressure. I’m going to spend the game having a series of small heart attacks and possibly high blood pressure.
Win, and the Suns have a chance to seal the 8th seed by defeating the Spurs tomorrow.
Lose, and the season is over for the Suns. It’s that simple.
Join Valley of the Suns writer Mike Schwartz and co on Vokle for a pregame, halftime, and postgame show. There will be a lot to talk about.
Hope you are all out there representing tonight.
It’s a critical day in the neighborhood.
Heck yes. It’s nice to see a positive headline for the Suns.
Chris Paul’s face here pretty much describes how this game went for the Clippers.
